Please feel free to contact us for more information.

HR series

Measure temperatures on organisms or human bodies

Viewohre Imaging’s “ThermalViewX HR” is a thermography for medical research and biomedical measurements. The goal of biomedical measurements is to find differences, changes, and patterns in skin temperature. However, thermography is sensitive to temperature fluctuations in the surrounding environment, and is prone to fluctuations of a few tenths of a degree to 1°C. With unique signal processing, internal correction and user functions, it has improved reproducibility and reliability, which are generally weak points in thermography.

MCR series

Temperature measurement on small resions, Microscope

We offer a wide range of microscopic thermography that can acquire thermal images with micron-level resolution. It can measure temperatures in a range as narrow as less than 1 mm, which is impossible with ordinary thermography. Our unique calibration and correction functions enable detailed temperature measurement, and it is equipped with functions necessary for analysis, such as video or differential measurement. It is used in many fields related to MEMS and carbon neutrality, as well as in the semiconductor industry.

ThermalViewX App

Software for FLIR A camera

【A New ThermalViewX Application】 Beautiful temperature contrasts with unique image processing, various functions such as video, CSV output, offset, difference, etc., and a GUI for many industrial and scientific research applications can be used with the FLIR A camera. (Please contact us for specific models). Whether you need to make up for a missing feature of the FLIR A camera or a renewal of the outdated one, you can take advantage of the powerful performance and versatility of the ThermalViewX application.

Base series

Low price and entry-level thermography

This is the entry-level thermography for research, production method development, detection, analysis, etc. Video-capable type is available. High sensitivity of NETD0.05°C, network-compatible IP camera, Gigabit Ethernet communication, small and light weight and high performance camera are equipped.

DTR series

Industrial thermography for detection, measurement and analysis

For industrial and scientific research for detection, measurement and analysis. It features powerful signal processing and multifunctional GUI. Functions used in previous series, such as operational failure detection, measurement over time, and temperature saturation control, are strongly integrated.

CL series

Cooled thermography for sub-microsecond imaging

The cooled type is principally capable of high-speed, high-sensitivity imaging. It can capture images in sub-microseconds as the fastest speed. Frame rate can be adjusted widely, and high frame rates can be realized by wind-wing. In addition, the wavelength can be selected from near-infrared to far-infrared.

Features of ThermalViewX

Background and concept of development

Thermography cameras, which cost less than 1 million yen, came onto the market about eight years ago, and the market grew due to cost and availability, resulting in lower prices and better performance. Thermography was in high demand for inspections of distribution boards, equipment or buildings, so that many models have been produced to meet this demand, that is low-cost, compact, handheld type. Large handheld models with high resolution and high sensitivity have also been offered for temperature measurement in research and development. Today, as the market has grown and the number of users has increased, so has the range of applications. However, the number of different types of thermography cameras has not increased to an extreme level, resulting in the phenomenon of “users adapting to the thermography camera”. ThermalView X was born with the following concept in order to solve this problem.

Main features of ThermalviewX

The HR Series have gradually expanded their functions based on the needs of fields where human bodies are mainly measured. It is a new type of thermography in which you can select cameras and applications to measure temperatures on organisms and human bodies. We are still expanding its functionality and it allows users to choose from a wide variety of functions, and the number of pixels. So users can create the thermography camera they need. Eight types of cameras and six types of applications are available to minimize costs and maximize performance. In addition, functions can be created separately. These allow users to solve a wide variety of problems.

ThermalViewX Platform

Real-time thermal image display on PC

The thermalViewX platform displays thermal and visual images on two large screens. This specification was developed to allow researchers to quickly analyze and compare thermal and visual images right there. In addition, it has an optional function to display the temperature on the visual image. Parallax and differences in image size can be adjusted by zooming in on the visual image in 0.001x increments and setting the XY position by one dot. This allows for flexible positioning of various USB/webcams.

Temperature correction algorithm for improved reproducibility

We have improved reproducibility, which is a major problem in cases where measurements are vulnerable to changes over time in principle and are constantly exposed to slight fluctuations from surrounding environments, such as when targeting minute changes of 0.5°C to 1°C in human skin temperature.
HR_2

Unique signal correction control

Red: uncontrolled (up/down approx. 0.5°C)
Blue: controlled (up/down approx. 0.3°C)

Unique signal correction control, that is essential for measuring changes over time (during data acquisition)
User Function Ⅰ to ensure reproducibility

User offset function

User offset function, that adjusts to a reference temperature later, ensures reproducibility. By separately adjusting the current temperature to the reference temperature, the offset function improves temperature accuracy and temperature reproducibility. Because it is corrected including sensitivity instead of simply adding or subtracting, the offset can be applied across the entire range.
User Function Ⅱ to ensure reproducibility

Automatic offset function

Equipped with an automatic offset function, that adjusts to the stable standard heat source and ensures reproducibility. While the user offset function applies an offset once per image, the automatic offset function can save the offset value, allowing the application of the same offset to be applied regardless of the image.
